Speedo Emergency
« on: May 08, 2010, 09:57:28 AM »
Well with my streetfighter conversion I moved my speedo to behind the handle bars and had to stretch the speedo cable to fit. After one short ride it tore itself right out. I need either a longer cable or a way to convert it to a digital pickup that will work with the stock analog speedo.

Any help is appreciated, I'm still planning on riding it and just get a friend to ride beside me on the highway so I know what RPM to sit at to do 100kph so I can still ride alone. The sooner I can figure this out the better.

Thanks,
Steve

Nvm, just got back from a parts store with a different cable and modded the end to fit and it's working now :P
