I can't say that I have but I did buy my current bike from Kalispel, Montana.  I would make sure that your familiar with the import restrictions  and process (I outlined the process I followed here) for whatever motorcycle you intend to bid on before you do so just to cover your ass.  Custom choppers would be a tough one though.
