What are they thinking? There are 2 or 3 months of salt, crap and gravel to be brought in yet on vehicles, not to mention snow and ice melting and pooling with said dirt and salt.

When I was on a condo board we had it done in the spring - essentially when the city was cleaning the streets in reasonable confidence that winter was over. Doing it this time of year is insane. Why do it twice and more importantly, PAY for it twice?
