Hey tessa, welcome the community.

I had the exact same predicament a few years back with my KLR650.  I spoke with the landlady and asked her if there was a corner in the underground parking lot that I could stash my bike that wouldn't affect the rest of the cleaning and I offered to sweep up that spot when the cleaning was done.  My landlady was awesome and had no problem with that.

Let me know if that doesn't work and maybe we can think up some guerilla tactics!

Thanks for the reply!! I tried to talk to him about solutions, he would hear none of it, then tried to tell me my bike has no business being parked down there, its for automobiles only. There are about 6 or 7 other riders in here, so maybe they have complained now as well, try again on monday! good idea about the cleaning up the spot after! Thanks again, and pretty cool website you have here!
