Long Ride bike stretches?

Ryan's posts got me thinking what odd things do you do to stretch out during a long ride?

Me I like to extend my legs back so I'm rocked a bit more forward. this position lets me straighten out my legs while also relieving but pressure..just make sure your boys are out of the way. the main down side is your feet are not on the pegs.

I also like to stand but the super man position above gives better control should you need it. You can also hold it longer.

I also like to kick my legs forward, for some reason the kicking out motion relieves my knee's

If it's a really long trip and my buts sore I may move back slightly onto the passenger seat as this new position hit my but different. I'm 6'1" so this may not work for everyone.

Additionally what stretches do you do when you stop?

I attempt to touch my toes
Twist side to side to stretch my back

any other quirky things you do?

When I do stop I tend to go for a short jog or even a couple of quick sprints. This helps to get the blood pumping and will aid to recover your sore muscles faster.
